If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately to discuss your options. Items that are marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return

We will respond with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to respond to your request.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and you may not receive a refund if we do not receive the item back.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you must return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Follow the return process outlined above to initiate your return. Once we receive your returned item, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to opened software, digital downloads, and items that have been personalized or custom-made.
